Administrator for Health Services, CCRC - Washington, DC metro area
Our client, a well-established and highly respected non-profit CCRC, is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee all aspects of operations and strategic planning for a 250-bed Health Center serving the campus. The community has a history of outstanding care and service, as reflected in their excellent survey history and high resident satisfaction scores. In addition, their supportive work environment has resulted in high associate satisfaction scores and tremendous stability within the staff. From this strong foundation, the organization is currently implementing a Culture Change initiative and is looking for an Administrator who will embrace and enhance those efforts.
The successful candidate for this role will be an Administrator with a demonstrated history of staff leadership, a primary focus on the residents, and a willingness to "think outside the box" as the organization prepares for the upcoming changes in Senior Housing. A proven track record of success in overseeing operations in a Senior Housing setting including financial management, strategic planning, occupancy development, and family relations will be required, along with current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator and a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
